PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control the quality and to efficiently convey a cylindrical body with a level difference for improving the productivity by comprising a pair of endless conveyors being upright and opposite to one another, engaged with the level difference of a cylindrical body at upper edges thereof and travelled in a constant direction, and a conveyor driving body for rotating and moving the conveyors. SOLUTION: A pair of endless conveyors 1a, 1b are upright and opposite to each other, and upper edges 1a', 1b' thereof are engaged with the level difference 2a of a cylindrical body 2 with a level difference to be travelled in a constant direction. The endless conveyors 1a, 1b are rotated and travelled by two pairs of rotating rollers 3a, 3a', 3b, 3b', and a pair of conveyor driving systems 4a, 4b. Accordingly the cylindrical body 2 with a level difference can be stably supported and conveyed in an upright state in a condition that its outer peripheral surface is held by the endless conveyors 1a, 1b, and the upper edges 1a', 1b' and the level difference 2a are engaged with each other. Whereby the trouble in conveying caused by the rolling, displacement and the like of the cylindrical body 2 with a level difference, can be surely prevented.
