PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinked foam made of a polyethylene-based resin, which foam is excellent in appearance and flexibility, has a high strength, and can be produced efficiently. SOLUTION: A composition comprising 80-97 wt.% of a polyethylene-based resin (I), which is polymerized using a metallocene compound as a catalyst and has a molecular weight distribution of 1.5-3.5 and a density of 0.920 g/cm3 or less, and 3-20 wt.% of a polyethylene-based resin (II), which contains low molecular weight components having a weight average molecular weight of 103 or less, is expanded at an expanding rate of 3-40 cc/g.
