PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a die for sheet glass having curved surfaces of first and second bending radii in intersection directions by allowing a forming die arranged at a second distance from a fulcrum to make pendulum motion in a direction intersecting with a first moving surface, thereby forming the curved surface of the second radius in superposition on the processing die having the curved surface of the first radius formed by allowing a molding arranged at a first distance from the fulcrum to make the pendulum motion. SOLUTION: A machining means is formed on a forming projecting surface consisting of the synthesized curved surfaces of the first radius R1 and the second radius R2 of the molding and a forming die surface 16 is machined on the surface to be processed of the curved surface processing die 15. The molding is mounted on the front end of a rigid arm capable of making the pendulum motion and is allowed to make the pendulum motion around the fulcrum shaft, by which the surface 16 to be processed of the curved surface processing die 15 set on a working table is machined. When the surface 16 to be processed is machined by the pendulum motion of the radius R1, the curved surface of the radius R1 is formed. When this surface is next machined by the pendulum motion of the radius R2 from the direction intersecting therewith, the curved surface of the radius R2 is formed and the desired three-dimensionally curved surface is formed.
