<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability, and easily define a dimension and a shape by welding mutual divided rings so as to become prescribed curvature. SOLUTION: An angle formed by lines l7, l8 connecting mutual end surfaces of pipes 7, 8 is set to an angleα. A diametrically different miter bend for connecting the mutual end surfaces of the pipes 7, 8 is composed of divided ring members P1 to P6 formed by dividing the angleαinto six parts. The mutual divided ring members P1 to P6 are connected in order along central curvature of the mutual pipes 7, 8 to be formed so as to coincide with a connecting distance L. The divided ring member P1 connected to the large diameter side pipe 7 is formed so that a connecting end part becomes the same as a large diameter side outside diameter DL, and the divided ring P6 connected to the small diameter side pipe 8 is formed so that a diameter of the connecting end part becomes the same as an outside diameter DS of the small diameter side pipe 8. The divided ring members P1, P6 are formed as a truncated cone-shaped ring, and the divided ring members P2 to P5 are diametrically contracted in order in a conical shape to be formed as a truncated cone-shaped ring becoming an angle 2θ.</p> |
