<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly join members to be joined. SOLUTION: An operator sets in a controller 50 such controlling conditions as a vibration-starting load set value Ps, a first load pressure set value PP1, a second load pressure set value PP2, an equilibrium pressure set value BP, a primary joining time T1, a total joining time T, and an inclination of a pressure curve corresponding to the dimensions of a joined part and material, thus the controller 50 controls an inner pressure of a loading chamber 6 of an air cylinder 4 which constitutes a loading control mechanism for a joining work and a forwarding and reversing revolutions of a motor 2 which constitutes a part of a vertical driving mechanism for the joining work. A joining is carried out while a first member 92 and a second member 90 receive an ultrasonic vibration under a given load which gradually increases from the beginning time of vibration up to the second load pressure set value PP2 via the first load pressure set value PP1.</p> |
