<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the bad influence to a raceway surface of an inner ring while securing the sufficient axial force. SOLUTION: In this bearing device, one end side of a shaft body 1, on which a rolling bearing 2 is externally fitted, is caulked, and the rolling bearing 2 is locked by a caulking part 3. The caulking part 3 is tightly fitted to a round chamfer provided at one end side corner of the inner peripheral surface of an inner ring 21 of the bearing 2, and separated from an outer end surface 21a continued to the chamfer of the inner ring 21. In order to obtain the caulking part 3, it is unnecessary to needlessly pressurize an outer peripheral edge side of the caulking part 3 for such a long time as in a conventional case. With this structure, since applying of the excessive load to the inner ring 21 is prevented, generation of damage due to the pressure in the raceway surface of the inner ring 21 can be prevented.</p> |
