PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate assembling by carrying in layered belt-like materials by a pallet, placing the belt-like materials on an inserting jig after separating the belt-like materials as a single body, and constituting so as to be automatically installed on a board surface after correcting/arranging an attitude of fixing pins. SOLUTION: Layered outer rails 5 are mounted on an empty pallet 9 at a preparatory station #1 to be sent to a carrying-in station #2. The carrying-in station 2 sends these outer rails 5 to a separating station #3 to be separated here into single sheet units to be delivered to an inserting station #4. The inserting station #4 preliminarily curves these outer rails 5 to be placed in a prescribed position of an inserting jig 11. After arranging fixing pins of the outer rails 5 on this inserting jig 11 at a fixing pin attitude arranging station #5, the fixing pins are moved to an inserting station #6, and the fixing pins are inserted into and fixed to a board surface. Thus, a game board can be automatically assembled. |
