PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve friction resistance and contamination resistance of molding components and to improve design, by performing a clear-system UV-hardening- type coating treatment of dispersing and containing aluminum particles as a substrate layer on a vacuum cleaner body and a suction hole, and further performing the clear-system UV-hardening-type coating treatment on the front layer. SOLUTION: A dust collecting lid 5, an upper case 6, and a handle 7 are made of thermoplastic resin, and in the combining state of them, are applied with a coating treatment in the combining state of a suction hole cover 14 and an attaching/detaching lever 23. When for improving friction resistance and contamination resistance a UV-hardening-type coating treatment by ultraviolet radiation is used, the coating treatment can be easily performed even on the thermoplastic resin surface. The coating treatment can reduce friction coefficient of the surface, so that the surface is hardly damaged. Then, for improving the design, aluminum particles or pearl particles are mixed. |
