PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pour residual concrete into a residual concrete treatment container in the state of placing the residual concrete container on the ground or the like and provide a simple constitution in which the operation and the work are stabilized, as the container is not required to be inclined when the residual concrete is discharged. SOLUTION: A bag main body 10 is provided with sleeve-shaped sections 15-1-15-4 in the shape of cylindrical crosses, and suspending members 20 and actuating members 30 are provided on the sleeve-shaped sections. When residual concrete is poured in, the bag main body 10 is held in the open container state by the actuating members 30, and also when the residual concrete is discharged and transferred to a concrete mixer, the bag main body 10 is suspended by the suspending members 20 and a capping member 40 is opened to discharge the residual concrete.
