PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation caused by temperature change and the like, and hold good air-tightness at all times by assembling a case for housing a driving part, a cylinder part, a diaphragm main body, and a cover body, and fixing them by fastening with a screw and a spring for push-pressing a surface of the cover body so as to form a pump. SOLUTION: A case 3, a cylinder part 11, a diaphragm main body 14, and a cover body 20 are assembled, a push-press spring 40 is overlapped with a surface 20a of the cover body 20, and then, the case 3, the cylinder 11, the diaphragm main body 14, and the cover body 20 are integratedly fastened and fixed together with the push-press spring 40 by a screw 27 so as to constitute a small pump. The used push-press spring 40 is formed so as to have a curving part 40a whose center is protruded to the cover body 20 side. When the push- press spring 40 is fastened by the screw 27, the cover body 20 is forcibly push- pressed by the curving part 40a of the push-press spring 40, the diaphragm main body 14 is surly held by the cylinder part 11 and the cover body 20, and air-tightness is improved.
