PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily throw unseasoned tea leaves into a container box by placing an unseasoned tea leaf container box on a stage of an elevator means installed on a pit, lowering the box, and then throwing unseasoned tea leaves into the box. SOLUTION: A worker 11 opens an opening of a tea harvest bag 12 and throws unseasoned tea leaves in the bag into an unseasoned tea leaf container box 1 when the unseasoned tea leaves 13 put in the tea harvest bag 12 is transported to a tea manufacturing factory. Prior to the throwing, the worker 11 places the vacant container box 1 on a stage 6 of a lift 4. Then the stage 6 of the lift 4 is lowered to a position where a throwing port 14 at an upper part of the container box 1 is lowered. On this occasion, a load cell 9 is set zero. Whereby a weight of unseasoned tea leaves 13 can be successively measured and displayed on a display part 10 during the throwing of the unseasoned tea leaves 13. After the throwing of the unseasoned tea leaves 13 has been finished, the lift 4 is raised and the container box 1 including the unseasoned tea leaves is carried out.
