PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hallux valgus, which is a symptom of projection of a hallux projection toward outside owing to turning of the big toe toward inside by putting tight shoes on, by holding a lateral arch at the sole of a foot to press the hallux projection downward. SOLUTION: This sheet 1 comprises an adhesive cloth that adheres its main part to the sole of a foot, tip part to the outside of the sole, and the root to the base of the big toe. An adhesive layer is coated on one side of an approximately rectangular elastic cloth substrate 5 and is covered by a separating paper. It has a lengthwise cutting line 6 at the tip portion so as to divide the width by a same interval, and in the widthwise middle part of the periphery of the root is formed a releasing hole 7 that exposes the hallux projection when stuck.
