PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an environment in a container, prevent the withering of the plant, aim at the acceleration of the growth of the plant, also improve dew fall simply for capable of admiring the plant sufficiently, and further improve its operability by improving a switching mechanism. SOLUTION: This wind-blowing fan 10 is equipped with a flowing fan 11 arranged at the inside of a plant container 1 of an almost hermetically closed state, an electric rotary body 22 set at a non-magnetic non-electric conductive body part 3 so as to oppose to the following side rotary body 14 from the outside of the plant container, an electric motor 19 for driving and rotating the electric rotary body and a switching mechanism 30 for supplying or stopping electric power to the electric motor. The switching mechanism automatically functions so as to start for supplying electric power to the electric motor on setting the electric rotary body. The following fan is rotated by following the rotation of the electric rotary body by the fact that the following side rotary body receives a magnetic attraction force and/or an eddy current-affecting force caused by a driving side permanent magnet part 23 on rotating the electric rotary body.
