PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape affixing device for directly affixing a tape to a raw material without causing a slack on a tape feeding path. SOLUTION: A tape reel 1, and a tape presser 3 and a feeding roller 4 are provided on the right and left parts of a tape affixing device 10 respectively, to draw a paper tape 2 wound on the reel 1 toward the lower part of the presser 3. Since a tension roller 5 is provided so as to abut on the adhesive surface 2a of the tape 2 on the path of the tape 2 from the reel 1 to the presser 3, tension can be imparted to the tape 2 by the adhering force of the tape 2 to the roller 5.
