PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a roast meat dish improved in flavor, nutrient and temperature by using, as gravy, hot molten cheese which has not been used as a gravy in roast meat dishes while it is one of those generally used in roasted foods. SOLUTION: This roasted meat dish is obtained by preparing a cheese heating source 3, a cheese heating container 21 to be heated by the heating source 3, a cheese 22 put into the container 21, a grate 13 for the roast cooking of a food 4 put thereon, and a heating means for the grate 13. The cheese 22 after melted is applied to the resulting food 4 roasted on the grate 13 and then the food 4 as the objective roasted meat dish is taken. |
