PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply high pressure gas by detecting pressure of supply gas, and controlling a delivery quantity of a liquefied gas pump according to detecting pressure. SOLUTION: A sending gas passage 14 is provided with a pressure transmitter 16 for transmitting a pressure signal P according to detected pressure by detecting supply gas pressure of the passage 14 to compare a signal from the pressure transmitter 16 and a preset value S inputted from an external part. An input signal T from a pressure setting unit 17 for transmitting an input signal T on the basis of the result is set as an input value. An operation part 18 performs a specific operation on the input value to be outputted as a control signal V. An inverter 19 is provided to control a delivery quantity of a liquefied gas pump 12 by continuously controlling a rotating speed of a motor 12a by converting a frequency F for controlling the motor 12a for driving the liquefied gas pump 12 according to the control signal V from a computing element 18.
