PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve capable of delicately controlling a flow quantity. SOLUTION: This control valve for regulating a distance between a valve element 7 and a valve seat by applying force on a plunger 5, has movement of the vertical direction of the plunger 5 and movement of a direction perpendicular to a shaft as a factor exerted the influence on flow quantity control at the time of delicate fine flow quantity. The movement of the vertical direction is suppressed by controlling a current value electrified on a coil 2. As a means for restricting the movement of a direction perpendicular to the shaft, a plurality of disk springs 8, 9 are fixed to one side of the plunger 5 separating a distance for a constant level from each other, and thereby, they are moved as a bearing for restricting the movement.
