PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building capable of preventing the building unit manufacturing efficiency from being impaired even when various sizes of open ceiling spaces are formed. SOLUTION: A balcony unit 40A projecting to the inside of an upper story building unit 20A is connected to a floor beam 33 of the upper story building unit 20A positioned on an upper story. When the floor area of the balcony unit 40A is set properly to form an open ceiling space 8 inside a unit building, the size of an opening for the open ceiling space 8 can be adjusted by the balcony unit 40A connected to the floor beam 33. Thus, various types and sizes of the open ceiling spaces 8 can be formed without increasing the types of building units, and the building unit manufacturing efficiency is not impaired.
