PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the relation of a weight in an upper body and a rear bonnet, a side section cover or the like. SOLUTION: An engine room 3 is formed at the rear section of a swivel base 2, a weight 4, which is formed extending over left-right rear side faces from the rear of the engine room 3 and has a rear having an approximately arcuate shape in a plan view, is installed to the rear lower section of the swivel base 2, a cover body 5, which is formed extending over left-right side sections from the upper section of the engine room 3 and in which left-right side-section lower edges are adjoined to the weight 4, is mounted, and the rear upper section of the engine room 3 partitioned by the cover body 5 and the weight 4 is covered with a rear bonnet 6, in which an upper section is supported pivotally and which has the approximately arcuate shape in the plan view. The lower edge 6a of the rear bonnet 6 is formed in an arcuate shape that the lower edge 6a is lowered gradually to the left and the right from a center, and the top face of the weight 4 adjacent to the lower edge 6a is formed in a flat surface 4a at an approximately center in the horizontal direction, and formed in an arcuate surface 4b gradually lowered to the left and the right from the central flat surface 4a.
