PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily conduct inspection and repair safely by installing at least a hinge in the vertical direction of the external side face of a cover and opening and closing the cover in the lateral direction. SOLUTION: A cover 16 composed of a top face, external side faces and a front is installed in an openable and closeable manner in the lateral direction by at least one hinge 17 on the side-section vertical surface of a house cover 9. A fuel tank 11, a working fluid tank 12, a battery 13 and hydraulic equipments 14, 15 are covered completely with the cover 16 in the case of operation. Oiling, oil exchange, charging and inspection and repair can be conducted easily by opening the cover 16 at approximately 180 deg. in the lateral direction in the periphery of the hinge 17 in the case of oiling to the fuel tank 11, the oil exchange of the working fluid tank 12, the charging of the battery 13 and the inspection and repair of the hydraulic equipments 14, 15. Accordingly, since the whole cover can be opened and closed in the lateral direction, the opening of the cover can be enlarged, and inspection and repair are conducted easily and safely.
