PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the execution method of an underground concrete wall using embedded forms, by which an earth retaining for preventing collapse need not be installed to a sheer ground in the periphery of an underground space formed by excavation construction works when the concrete wall is built under the ground and a work platform for placing concrete into temporary forms can be made unnecessary. SOLUTION: In the execution method, the forms are mounted into a space 1 formed under a ground by excavation construction works and the concrete wall is built. Embedded forms 3 are set up as outer circumferential forms 2 in the forms at that time, temporary forms 5 are fitted as inner circumferential forms 4, soil and sand 7 are back-filled among the embedded forms 3 and a sheer ground 6 on the outside of the forms 3, concrete is placed among the embedded forms 3 and the temporary forms 5, and the concrete cures and only the temporary forms 5 are removed.
