PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire lightweight banking structure, which is firm and has excellent aseismicity, cost of which is reduced and which can be executed simply on a sloping or soft ground by using a waste tire. SOLUTION: A plurality of tire posts 1 are arrayed crosswise in a latticed shape or zigzag so as to be mutually abutted, and the tire post 1 is composed of a plurality of stacked tires 2 and concrete core posts 6 built in a wheel hole through inner molds 4. Since the core posts 6 are connected mutually by the mutually adjacent core posts 6 and latticed or truss-shaped connecting reinforcements 5 while the outer circumferential surfaces of the core posts 6 are constrained from outer circumferences by the inner edges of the tires 2 at that time, the whole tire lightweight banking structure 7 is formed in a hybrid structure in which the structure 7 is integrally combined firmly together with the tire posts 1 and the core posts 6.
