PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate an electric servo-motor having large output and to obtain the excellent environmental protection and energy saving without bringing about the cost-up and the lowering of responsiveness. SOLUTION: A control mechanism 11 is provided with a sensor mechanism composed of sensors A-D for detecting driving state of a movement conversion mechanism 12 and motive supplemental mechanism 10 and a control unit 20 for judging the driving states of the movement conversion mechanism 12 and the motive supplemental mechanism 10 and the motive supplemental timing with the inlet of the output signal of the respective sensors A-D and controlling the driving of a prescribed position through a power source 19 based on the above judgement and also, controlling the motive supplement into the movement conversion mechanism 12 from the motive supplemental mechanism 10 through a hydraulic cylinder 50 by switching on/off a flow rate control valve 8 at the motive supplemental timing.
