PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount or change a die, and to enable the shortening of a working time required for the mounting or the change of the die. SOLUTION: A mounting structure is constituted from a die rest 3 and a die 4 provided in freely attachably and detachably to the die rest. A guide projected line or a guide groove 7 is provided on the die rest, and a guide groove or the guide projected line 4a fitting with the guide projected line or the guide groove, are provided on the die. On the die rest, a plunger bolt (holding-back member) abutting the die when the die is fitted with and mounted on the die rest and holding back the movement of the die, is provided, and the plunger bolt (holding-back member) makes freely frequent appearances and has been energized in the projecting direction.
