PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemming device small in installation area and height, large in versatility ratio, and simple in structure. SOLUTION: A blade mounting base 3 having a blade mounting part 5 on its upper edge is mounted on a side of a lower die 1 slidably in the vertical direction, a pressing cylinder 7 having a piston rod 8 which is movable in an elevating/lowering manner in the axial direction parallel to the blade mounting base 3 and rotatable is provided to the blade mounting base 3 side by side, two kinds of blades of a preliminary bent blade 10 and a permanently bent blade 12 to be exchanged in an attachable/detachable manner to/from the blade mounting part 5 are provided and an arm 9 clamping the blade mounted on the blade mounting part 5 and giving pressing force to the blade is attached to a tip of the piston rod 8.
