PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massager which can be easily used in any posture and freely adjusted in a massage strength and its speed. SOLUTION: The massager is constituted of a frame body 11 having a pressure pad 15 to be put on a foot or a hand, a pressure body 20 arranged to be movable in an approaching or separating direction to/from the pad 15 with respect to the frame body 11, pressure elements 22 for pressurizing the foot or the hand, which are arranged at the side of the pressure pad in the pressure body 20 and positioned with the pressure pad, an operation handle for executing a grip operation by hooking a finger at a grip part, an outer tube which is disposed between the frame body and the operation handle and is provided with a flexibility, an inner wire which is put through the outer tube to connect the grip part and the pressure body of the frame body and is provided with the flexibility to move the pressure body 20 to the side of the pressure pad based on the grip operation of the gip part and an elastic member for moving the pressure body 20 in a separating direction from the pressure pad 15 based on that the grip force of the grip part is made to be weak by energizing the body 20 in the separating direction from the pad 15.
