<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a building capable of arranging an open ceiling staircase in each dwelling unit in a shape facing a door boundary wall and having consideration so as not to receive a restriction on the room layout, design or the like of each dwelling unit by designing in the arrangement relation of a first dwelling unit and a second dwelling unit. SOLUTION: In a building wherein a first dwelling unit 1 and a second dwelling unit 2 in a second floor or more are divided by a door boundary wall 3 and open ceiling staircases 4, 5 leading to upper and lower stories are provided in the first dwelling unit 1 and the second dwelling unit 2 respectively, the open ceiling staircases 4, 5 of each dwelling unit are arranged in a shape facing the door boundary wall 3 and mutually shifted in the length direction of the door boundary wall 3. The first dwelling unit 1 and the second dwelling unit 2 are arranged side by side, shifted in the length direction of the door boundary wall 3.</p> |
