<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacturing process while preventing leakage of a nipple at the time of hose caulking by applying hardness larger than that of an outer pipe on an inner pipe while integratedly forming an inner pipe, and outer pipe, and a base part connected to the inner pipe and the outer pipe to each other in one end of the same material. SOLUTION: A hose mouthpiece 1 is provided with a nipple part 2, a socket part 3 arranged on the outer peripheral side of the nipple part 2, and a head part 4 for connecting the nipple part 2 and the socket part 3 to each other in one end, integratedly formed of the same material, and the nipple part 2 is formed in hardness larger than that of the socket part 3. A step collar part 6 is formed on the boundary position of the socket part 3 and the head part 4, a space 9 opened to one end is formed on the inner side of the diameter direction of the head part 4, and a female screw part 5 is formed along the outer rim of the space 9. The shaft hole 8 of the nipple part 2 is arranged so as to pierce to the space 9 side of the head part 4 by penetrating a shaft wall 7, and a circular cone shaped seal part 10 is formed on the space 9 side of the shaft wall 7.</p> |
