PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning device that can remove parts, such as elastic rings, jamming the entrance to its passage by adhesion, bridging, catching or the like even if these parts have relatively large rigidity, and can thus exhibit an excellent automated capacity. SOLUTION: An aligning device 1 has a vessel 3 with an arc interior surface 6, a passage 7 tangential to the arc interior surface 6 so as to align such parts as elastic rings 2, and a gas feed port 11 for feeding an airflow 10 to stir the parts in the vessel 3 up along the arc interior surface 6 such that they are forced into the passage 7. A rotor 19 is rotatable near an entrance 7a to the passage 7, and engaging portions 20 project from the periphery of the rotor 19 so as to remove parts jamming the entrance 7a to the passage 7 by engaging them.
