PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous food frying machine allowing the inner surface of a drum to be easily cleaned and repaired and avoiding scorching and sticking to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical drum without damaging food to be treated. SOLUTION: A cylindrical drum 20 is supported to a machine frame in an inclined attitude to a shaft center, and stirrers 40 are positioned in the cylindrical drum 20. The stirrers 40 are freely advanced and retreated in the cylindrical drum 20, and the stirrers 40 and the cylindrical drum 20 are respectively rotated at different speed. A heating means 50 is disposed below the cylindrical drum 20.
