PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct by and easily control feed water and save water by constituting a feed water passage of a feed water means separately for a rice-washing feed water passage and a rice-cooking feed water passage, and providing a means for switching both passages. SOLUTION: A feed water means 15 is composed separately of a rice-washing feed water passage 15C for supplying water for washing and immersing rice and a rice-cooking feed water passage 15D, through a switching means 15B illustrated by a selector valve that is remotely controlled, like a solenoid valve, from main line 15A connected with a pressurized-water source such as city water or a water storage tank. Water in either passage can flow into a rice- washing tank 14. The switching means 15B is arbitrarily switched to a function for cutting off pressurized water, a function for making the pressurized water flow to the passage 15C, or a function for making it flow to the passage 15D. When it is switched to make the water flow to the passages 15C, 15D, the flow rate can be controlled.
