PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a merchandise display stand which is capable of preventing the shaking by the offset in a longitudinal direction of shelf boards of the merchandise display stand and the rotation of the shelf boards. SOLUTION: This shelf board mounting structure consists of the brackets 5 and 5 freely attachably and detachably mounted at struts and the shelf boards 6 placed on the brackets 5 and 5. The rear surface of the shelf board 6 is, thereupon, projectingly provided with engaging rings 13 and notched holes 9 curving to an inclined form are formed at the top end edge of the bracket 5, by which hook parts 10 are formed. The shelf board 6 is placed by sliding the engaging rings 13 into the notched holes 9 along their inclination, by which the hook parts 10 are engaged and fixed into the engaging rings 13.
