摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joined body of a novel TiC sintered alloy with a precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel which is capable of keeping the strength (proof stress) and the toughness with excellent balance, and excellent in wear resistance on the surface part, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The joined body is formed of a titanium-carbide sintered alloy containing 20-60 wt.% titanium carbide joined with a precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel, the Vickers hardness of the titanium-carbide sintered alloy is 660-820, and the proof stress of the precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel is 1000-1300 MPa, and the Charpy absorbed energy is 20-60 J, and thus, the joined body is excellent in wear resistance and the balance between the strength and the toughness.
