<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch with excellent efficiency for transmitting power from an armature to a rotor as well as responsiveness. SOLUTION: A rotor 7 mounted on a cylindrical shaft 5 is formed of an integral press molding. The outer end face portion of the rotor 7 located near its outer periphery and opposed to an armature 9 projects toward the armature 9 more than does the inner end face portion of the rotor 7 which is located inwardly of the outer end face portion and oppositely to the armature 9.</p> |
