发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT RAW MATERIAL FROM MUD WATER
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cement raw material from mud water by which dispersed components is efficiently flocculated in the mud water even in a sewage treating plant of a conventional equipment and the recovered flocculated material is utilized in large quantities as a cement raw material. SOLUTION: An aq. solution of ferric nitrate and/or aluminum nitrate having 1-70 wt.% concentration is added into the mud water and next inorganic alkaline powder consisting essentially of slaked lime and/or quick lime or the aq. slurry of the powder are added thereinto, then are dehydrated. The inorganic alkaline powder is an intermediate material of the cement production process and desirably contains mineral components, which contains 5-30 wt.% SiO2, 1-8 wt.% Al2O3, 1-8 wt.% Fe2O3 and 45-75 wt.% CaO, and 25-55 wt.% free CaO.</p>
