PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray made of a synthetic resin wherein which can be crushed at corner sections and can be prevented from easily opening even when folded once, and therefore, of which the bulk can be completely reduced, and the reduction of refuse can be surely accomplished. SOLUTION: A first breaking line section 12a is formed at least at one corner section 11 of this tray 10 made of a synthetic resin. Then, a second breaking line section 12b is formed at a symmetrical location across a doubly folding section to the first breaking line section 12a. When the bottom section 13 of the tray 10 made of a synthetic resin is doubly folded at the doubly folding section, respective corner sections 11 are broken by respective first and second breaking line sections 12a and 12b. At the same time, first and second protuberances formed at respective corners 11 are made engageable by the breakage.
