<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distinguish a bicycle and a motorcycle with one parking unit, and to manage parking as an automatic system. SOLUTION: In this device, a CPU 6 determines a type of a parked two wheeler based on a front wheel weight of the parked two wheeler detected by a weight detecting mean 21. Based on the determination, a parking fee is calculated according to the type of the two wheeler by multiplying a parking fee per hour calculated from a fee table 8 by a parking time detected by a parking time detecting mean 10.</p> |
