PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the state monitoring by a sensor during traveling of a vehicle to improve the safety of a driver by connecting the sensor not only to an electronic circuit device but also additionally to a central control unit. SOLUTION: A lock device 4 is formed of an electric control element 6 for moving a locking element 7 arranged movably from a lock release position to a lock position, a position sensor 8 for monitoring the position of the locking element 7, and an electronic circuit device 9 connected to both the electric control element 6 and the position sensor 8 through electric wirings 10, 11. For example, the position sensor 8 arranged in the lock device 4 is connected directly to a central control unit 5 through a second electric wiring 19. Accordingly, the position of the locking element 7 can be also monitored in the central control unit 5 in the state where the feed voltage switch of the lock device 4 is OFF.
