PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize such a construction as to preliminarily confirm the suitability of sizes and the functions of respective components, and to easily tighten by screwing a loading nut to a male screw formed on a distal end of an input shaft. SOLUTION: While an input shaft 15a, a cam plate 10, a retainer 11, rollers, and an input side disc 2A are preliminarily assembled, they are prevented from being separated from one another by using a pressing jig 58 and bolts 60, 60, followed by confirming the suitability of the sizes and the functions of respective components. Even on this conditioner, a collar portion 17a formed on a proximal portion of the input shaft 15a can be freely engaged with a tool such as a spanner at an outer peripheral surface thereof.
