PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the thickness of a coating film layer, to cover a surface enough, and to improve appearance by forming the coating film layer containing an organic component mainly by powder coating in coating film structure in which coating film layers containing the organic component and an inorganic component respectively as a main component are formed in turn on a member to be coated. SOLUTION: A member to be coated, e.g. the surface of a disk in a wheel for a vehicle, is coated with a thermosetting resin such as an acrylic resin as an organic coating film 31. By setting up the thickness of the coating film 31, for example, at 80-100μm, a substrate can be covered enough to improve appearance. When the coating film 31 is coated by using powder, the thickness can be kept at a prescribed value by single coating. Besides, the surface of the organic coating film 31 is coated with an inorganic coating film 32. The coating film 32 is, for example, colloidal silica, an organoalkoxy silane partially hydrolyzed condensate, and a polymer or copolymer of an unsaturated ethylenic monomer, and its thickness is set up, for example, at 20-30μm. |
