PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate the process of attaching an outer rail of a pachinko machine to the surface of the game board. SOLUTION: A belt-like material, a flexible part to be assembled, is laminated and mounted on an empty pallet at an initial setup station #1 and the pallet with the belt-like material mounted at the initial setup station #1 is taken in at a carry-in station #2. The laminated belt-like material is taken out sheet by sheet by a first transporting unit 10 and separated at a work separation stationξ3. The belt-like material separated at the work separation station #3 is prelimarily curved by a charging jig and located at a prescribed position at a charging station #4. Then the belt-like material is taken out from the charging station #4 by a second transporting unit at a fixing pin posture arranging station #5 to current the posture of a fixing pin integrally incorporated in the belt-like material to be fixed on the surface of the game board of the pachinko machine. Finally, the fixing pin is inserted into the surface of the game board by an assembly machine at an assembly station #6 to fix and assemble the belt-like material. |
