PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a desired rice-cooking performance, preventing wear of a heat generating portion to achieve stable heat supply, and prevent deformation of the bottom of the pot to eliminate uneven cooking by forming a bottom surface rib of the pot at a position facing to a clearance between both inner and outer heating coils, and induction-heating on the outer peripheral surface of the pot. SOLUTION: A bottom surface rib 36 of the pot 33 is formed at a position facing to a clearance between the outer periphery of an internal coil 39 and the inner periphery of an external coil 40. A magnetic heater 33a of iron spraying, stainless steel, or the like is placed on the bottom surface of the pot 33. A heat generating portion 36b is placed on the bottom surface of the bottom surface rib 36. If the bottom surface rib 36 is placed just over the internal coil 39, the magnetic heater 33a approaches the internal coil 39 too closely, the pot 33 abnormally generates heat in the bottom surface rib 36 portion, and uneven cooking and local scorching occur. However, since the bottom surface rib 36 is placed at the position facing to the clearance, this inconvenience can be prevented. Even when the heat generating port 36b of the bottom surface rib 36 wears, bad effect to rice cooking can be avoided. |
