PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a specimen stably and to take it out easily by a method in which hardness to the temperature change of the specimen is measured in advance, specimen heating conditions and a specimen take-out temperature are set up on the basis of it, and production is carried out under the conditions. SOLUTION: Data on hardness change to the temperature change of a specimen S which was measured in advance is stored in a memory means. On the basis of the data, the processing pattern of specimen S heating conditions and conditions for setting a specimen take-out temperature and others is set up to be stored in the memory means 3 in advance. Specimen S heating conditions are made to be the softening center point of a temperature range in which the specimen S is softened, and the specimen take-out temperature is made to be a temperature where the specimen is not adhered to a molding mold 5. A control means 4, by the processing pattern stored in the memory means 3, after being heated in the molding mold 5 under the specimen S heating conditions, is pressurized, and the specimen S is taken out at the specimen take-out temperature from the molding mold 5. In this way, the specimen is molded stably and can be taken out simply and smoothly. |
