PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible polyurethane slab foam excellent in a soft surface feeling, supporting property, durability and flame retardancy by employing a specific organic polyisocyanate and a specific polyol. SOLUTION: This flexible polyurethane slab foam is obtained by pouring the following liquid mixture on a conveyor and by reacting it so as to foam: (A) organic polyisocyanates where 5-80 mass% diphenylmethane diisocyanate comprising 5-30 mass% 2,4'-isomer, 2-40 mass% polymethylenepolyphenyl polyisocyanate comprising 20-50 mass% diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 20-65 polyether polyol where the content of oxyethylene in oxyalkylenes is <50 mass% and 1.0-5 mass% polyether polyol where the content of oxyethylene in oxyalkylenes is >=50 mass% are contained and the content of NCO is 10-25 mass%, (B) polyols comprising a polyoxypropylenepolyol where end ethylene oxides are capped and a polyetherpolyol where the content of oxyethylene in oxyalkylenes is >=50 mass% in a mass content ratio of (10:0) to (0.5: 25), (C) a catalyst, (D) water as a foaming agent, (E) a foam stabilizer and (F) a supplementary agent. |
