PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press one shape through a plurality of shots, and to continuously press a desired shape with high accuracy. SOLUTION: Four guide posts are penetrated through an upper face plate 11 and a lower face plate 12 of a frame 1 through guides, and elevated/lowered by a linear motor 5 provided thereon respectively. Feeders 72R, 72L of a feed mechanism 7 to feed a work 9 clamp the work by feeder clamper 76R, 76L, and feed the work at a specified pitch. A guide pin is provided on the feeder clamper 76L, and when the work is clamped, the guide pin is inserted in a sprocket of the work to enable the positioning. A control device outputs the command signal, and controls a slide 6, tension mechanisms 74, 75, the feeders, the feeder clampers, and fixed clampers 77R, 77L in a synchronous manner with each other following a necessitated process order.
