PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fabric having pleat processability, pleat holdability, wrinkle resistance, durability, dimensional stability and washing resistance by fulling felt comprising natural fibers to fix the same to a spun bond nonwoven fabric comprising a thermoplastic resin to obtain a composite having a nonwoven structure. SOLUTION: When a pleated fabric is produced as a material of a pleated product such as clothing or the like, a nonwoven fabric composite having a spun bond nonwoven fabric comprising thermoplastic resin filaments and felt comprising natural fibers is used and the felt is fulled to be fixed to both surfaces of the spun bond nonwoven fabric. At is time, as the thermoplastic resin filaments, polypropylene or polyester filaments are used and the spun bond nonwoven fabric pref. has a basis wt. of 10-200 g/m2 and, as natural fibers, animal hair, especially wool is preferable.
