PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comfortably take a seat by sharing the bending feeling of an S-shaped spring and the continuing feeling of a wire. SOLUTION: A supporting structure 10 is for supporting the back of a seat- taking person at a seatback. In this case, the structure is formed of an annular and nearly rectangular back frame 2, at least one S-shaped spring 3 stretched between the vertical frames 21 of this back frame 2, and a back supporting wire 4 arranged between the horizontal frames of the back frame 2 so as to be supported by this S-shaped spring 3 and bas a curved surface matched with the S-shaped curve of the back.
