<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to continuously cut and supply a very small quantity of a toner with a simple structure by activating an upper blade at a specific angle with a surface for supplying an object to be cut with a cutting device having the upper blade rotating in the same direction as the supply direction of the yarn-like toner and a stationary lower blade. SOLUTION: The upper blade is activated at the angle below 90 deg., more preferably about 20 to about 70 deg. with the surface for supplying the object to be cut (the front surface of the lower blade) relating to the method for cutting the yarn-like toner in the process for production which produces the yarn-like toner from the toner in a kneaded state. As a result, the cutting of the material to be cut and the supply thereof are made possible and the cutting of a required amount is made possible without requiring an intricate supply mechanism. Further, a plurality of the upper blades are installed to a cylindrical rotating object, by which the continuous cutting and supplying are made possible and the efficiency is improved. The central mounting position of the rotary blade is moved to change the angle with the surface for supplying the object to be cut, by which the regulation of the cutting length of the object to be cut with the simple structure is made possible.</p> |
