PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material that has excellent resistance to scratch, solvent, tipping and cracking and shows excellent fabricability and adhesion to a plurality of materials. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-setting resin composition comprises (A) an ultraviolet-setting urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer that is prepared by allowing an isocyanate prepolymer bearing 3 or more isocyanate groups in one molecule to react with a polycaprolatonemodified hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate and (B) a photopolymerization initiator.
