PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam feeding method in a steam sterilizer capable of executing sure sterilization and shortening the time for sterilization work and a device therefor. SOLUTION: This steam feeding method for the steam sterilizer provided with a steam heating means 2 in a sterilizing vessel 1 is the steam feeding method for the steam sterilizer which maintains the pressure of the steam to the steam heating means 2 at the same pressure as the pressure of the steam to the sterilizing vessel 1 at the time of a sterilizing stage. This steam feeding device is connected with a first steam feeding line 5 to the sterilizing vessel 1, is connected with a second steam feeding line 6 to the steam heating means 2 disposed at the sterilizing vessel 1 and is provided with a pressure regulating means 12 for maintaining the pressure of the steam of the second steam feeding line 6 at the same pressure as the pressure of the steam of the first steam feeding line 5 at the time of the sterilizing stage. |
